Some days ago I wrote about a company with realy bad support. I also mentioned that I needed support for another device, namely a Lenovo IdeaPAD with a broken display. The IdeaPAD as repaired in less than a week (including shipping) and they even replaced a small piece of rubber that has fallen the battery. And the best thing.
