IPv6 @hetzner
And another German provider offers IPv6. According to their wiki (German) you can get a /64 from Hetzner. I’ll give it a try. I think RDNS ist not possible yet.

As you might know IPv6 uses it’s own Ethernet type 0x86dd. You can use this easily capture only IPv6 traffic with wireshark just uses eth.type == 0x86dd as filter.
I think now it’s the time to cut back on food and drink. At least outside of my home. No, I don’t have sudden religious encounter, it’s just that there are quite a lot of people who want to watch 22 people running after on innocent ball .
It looks like a month without going out for food and drink because of all those crazy people. We just tried and they relay protested when we wanted them to turn the noise (and video) down.
Well on the positive side more time to finish my book and loose a couple of kilos.

I relay like using your search engine. Today I noticed that www.google.com shows some rather ugly background pictures. There is an option to change the background picture but this seems to require a google account. I hope this is only temporary. I don’t want an account.
BTW: WTF did you smoke to come up with this idea?
RIPE has published an overview about IPv6 capabilities in different CPE devices
Yes I’m still alive. I was quite busy the last couple of weeks as I had to finish some projects and work on some others. And I also fat fingered my Laptop and have to work with a Netbook for a couple of days (until I get home where I have a decent connection to my backup).
But I finally managed to get a free IPv6 T-Shirt form he.net:
