39/8 and 106/8 were assigned to APNIC on February 1st. This leaves only 5 /8. Each of the 5 Regional Registries (RIR) will be assigned one of these networks. Rumor has it that this will happen on Thursday.
The RIRs will have some IPv4 left for some time, as do the ISP.
I think it’s now realy a good time to get ready for IPv6.
